AAR Consultancy is hiring First-Party Collections Executives for a renowned US Banking Process. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with International BPO experience who are looking for career growth, competitive salary, and attractive performance incentives.

We are currently hiring for 80 positions for the upcoming batch.

Department: International BPO
Project Location(s): US Banking Process
Education: SSC / HSC
Compensation: 22K per month

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • SSC or HSC qualification
  • Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong customer-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collections process
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and week offs

Interview Process

The selection process includes:

    1. HR Round – Telephonic Interview
    2. Operations Round – Virtual Interview via Microsoft Teams
    3. Versant Assessment – Minimum required score: 67
      The Versant Assessment must be completed from the office.
