AI lead – 6+yrs

Responsibilities:

AI Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s overall AI strategy, aligning with business objectives and identifying key areas for AI/ML adoption.

Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing AI team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Solution Development: Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, from concept to production, including data collection, model training, and integration with existing systems.

Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and identify opportunities to apply them to the company’s products and services.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business, to understand their needs and develop AI solutions that address their challenges.

Data Strategy: Work with data teams to ensure the availability of high-quality data for AI/ML model training and evaluation.

Communication: Effectively communicate AI concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ethical Considerations: Ensure that AI solutions are developed and deployed ethically and responsibly, considering potential biases and societal impacts.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI solutions.

Strong understanding of various AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and manage a high-performing team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
